Moody's downgrades Slovenia's government bond ratings to Aa3
Moody's Investors Service has today downgraded Slovenia's local- and foreign-currency government bond ratings by one notch from Aa2 to Aa3. The agency has also confirmed the existing Prime-1 rating for short-term debt obligations.
